CHESAPEAKE BOOMERANG
"Boomer" was born on March 21, 2003 at 1000 Welcomes Farm in Chapel Hill, NC. His parents were island bred Chincoteague Ponies (Sire - Chesapeake Powhattan's Promise / Dam - Tidewater Surfer Chique). His mother is a Surfer Dude daughter. Boomer is also Blitz's half brother.
Boomer spent the first 4 years of his life living as a very successful hunter show pony. He spent 4 years learning how to slow down to the ideal hunter pace, that is until he came to live with me on August 10, 2008. Now we go fast!
Boomer's unique coloring (Buckskin Tobiano Pinto) is a show stopper everywhere we go and he is proving to take after his older "brothers" as he has quickly caught on to the trick training. We look forward to his progress in the mounted games arena as well. Check back for updates!
